Tier One Components Return & Shipping Policy

Ground Shipping

Most ground shipping orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from confirmation of your order. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages are generally delivered withing 2 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, additional shipping charges will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer.

Overnight and 2md Day Shipping

Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for most small and medium sized packages for an additional charge. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time), Mondays through Fridays. No overnight or 2-day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If you place your order for overnight and 2-day delivery on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and tile for such items pass to you upon shipment by the carrier.

Terms and Conditions for Sales of Products and Parts

  1. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
  3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
  4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any orders where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. In theses cases, we will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation, providing that a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.

We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation, but this will be done should the need arise.

Return Procedure

In order to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number, complete the form found below. Provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation. If you do not have your order number please indicate the date of your purchase and the full name you used upon ordering.

RMA numbers and return shipping instructions will be emailed in 2 - 3 business days after the receipt of the fully completed form. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

All returns must be packaged properly. We are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.

Freight Charge: Original and return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error

Return Policy

We will accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If the item arrived at your location damage, please include the original shipping container in your return.

All authorized returns must be in their original condition, including all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.


Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please contact us and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

If you have a core or part that you would like to return for credit, you must fill out the form below. Upon submitting the from you will be emailed, within 2 - 3 business days, a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. We accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 day from the data we receive your return at the warehouse.
